If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days after the item(s) are received.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@detroithustlesharder.com or give us a call during business hours at (313) 800-5124 for assistance with processing your exchange. Or feel free to stop into our Flagship store with the packing list/order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
- You can exchange your purchase up to 30 days after your item(s) are received.
- We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to get the original item back to us.
- Use the provided sheet to explain the reason for exchange and what item(s) you would like to receive in exchange.
- Products must be in the state you received them.
- Once your item(s) are received and inspected by the fulfillment center, your exchange will be processed and the new items will be shipped out.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us with the new ETA and tracking number.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Products must be in the state you received them.

- Once your item(s) are received and inspected by the fulfillment center, a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days or store credit can also be applied via gift card.
